Everything the website and the app are made of — the “94 Seconds” name, logo, icons, illustrations, interfaces, texts, word and topic databases, sounds, music and source code — is the exclusive property of SAS ELIA or its partners and is protected by intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, extraction or reuse, in whole or in part, by any means and on any medium, is prohibited without the prior written consent of SAS ELIA.

Apple, App Store, iPhone and iPad are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. Brand names, works and characters that may appear in the game's topics remain the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive and cultural purposes only.

5. Privacy policy

SAS ELIA is the controller of the personal data collected through the website and the app. The following processing activities are carried out:

• Player account and progress (technical identifier, nickname, email address if an account is created, scores, XP, coins) — legal basis: performance of the contract. Tools: Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore.
• Usage analytics (game events, device identifiers, language, app version) — legal basis: consent. Tool: Firebase Analytics.
• Crash and stability reports (error traces, device model, OS version) — legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the service working. Tool: Firebase Crashlytics.
• Advertising (advertising identifiers, delivery data) — legal basis: consent, collected on first launch. Tool: AppLovin MAX and its partner networks.
• In-app purchases and subscription (purchase identifier, subscription status) — legal basis: performance of the contract. Tool: RevenueCat, together with Apple and Google as distributors.

Data is kept for as long as the service is used, then deleted or anonymised no later than 3 years after the last use. Some data may be transferred outside the European Union by the providers listed above, on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to contact@elia.games or to the company's postal address given in section 1. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

The app is intended for a general audience. It is not designed for children under 13 and no data is knowingly collected from them.

6. Cookies and trackers

This website uses no advertising cookie and no third-party analytics. In the app, trackers used for analytics and advertising are only enabled after your consent, which can be withdrawn at any time from the device settings (ad tracking) or the app preferences.

7. Liability

SAS ELIA makes every effort to keep the published information accurate and the service available, without being able to guarantee it. The word and topic databases exist for entertainment and are not a reference source. SAS ELIA is not liable for the content of external links.
